Tandoori Chicken

Ingredients:

* Chicken legs: 3
* Yogurt : 1cup
* Red chili Powder : 2tbsp
* salt : 2tsp
* Cumin powder: 1/4tsp
* Pepper Powder : 1/2tsp
* Ginger and garlic Paste: 2tbsp
* Garam Masala powder : 1/2tbsp
* turmeric Powder : 1tsp
* Red color powder : optional
* Lemon juice: 2 tbsp
* Chat masala: (optional)

Method Of Preparation:

1. Clean the chicken and make slits on the sides of the chicken flesh.
2. Mix 1 tbsp of red chili powder with salt and 1 tbsp of lemon juice and rub it into the slitted parts of the chicken, then keep it aside.
3. For the main marination part take a large bowl with the yogurt and add the remaining red chili powder, pepper powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, red color, lime juice and mix it all together.
4. Add the chicken pieces, mix well, add a little oil on top and marinate for 3-4 hours.
5. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Cook for 20-25 minutes or till the chicken is tender by turning it over.
(These steps are optional.)
6. Heat oil in a pan and add the chicken pieces one by one and shallow fry it for 2-3 minutes.
7. Add a pinch of chat masala on top.
