Chicken Do-Pyaza

Fry large quantity of sliced onion and keep them aside. Heat oil and add ginger paste, garlic paste, onion paste, green chili, dhania powder, haldi powder. Fry the masala for 2-3 minutes. Now add the chicken pieces stir well so that all the chicken pieces are coated well with the gravy. Add salt and a little quantity of water and let it boil. After 5 minutes add the fried onion. Cook until the chicken is tender and almost all the water has evaporated.

PS: Do not add tomatoes.
