Heat the water to boil. Add some salt and then the pasta. Stir the pasta occasionally and boil it for 8-12 minutes (or as indicated in the packet). Then drain the water and rinse it with cold water.
Meanwhile heat some oil in a pan. Add chopped onion and fry till they are tender. Add some jerra powder and tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add some salt and any other masala (e.g., cholle masala or chat masala or sabji masala) if you have, and fry for 1-2 minutes.
Add the tomato-onion mixture on the pasta. You can also add scrambel egg or small pieces of fried meat if you want.
